Halifax Tides FC have signed defender Sheyenne Allen for the upcoming 2026 season.
Sheyenne joins the club from Fort Lauderdale United FC, where she was part of the club’s inaugural roster in the USL Super League and helped the club reach the league final during her first season.
A native of Bear, Delaware, Allen gained international experience in Portugal with Clube de Albergaria before turning professional and captained Brown University for two seasons during her collegiate career.
A versatile fullback, Sheyenne has operated as both left back and left wing, providing balance in possession and defensive reliability. During the 2024–25 Super League season, she made 14 appearances, scored once, and completed 75.4 per cent of her passes.
“Sheyenne can be described as a dynamic fullback,” said head coach Stephen Hart. “She’s always looking to join the attack and has the ability to recover quickly. In one-v-one situations, she’s patient and tenacious.”
Sheyenne said she is looking forward to beginning the next chapter of her career in Halifax.
“I’m incredibly excited to be joining the Halifax Tides and such an energetic community during a pivotal stage of the league’s growth,” said Sheyenne.
With preparations ongoing for the 2026 season, supporters will have the chance to see Sheyenne and the Tides in action at Wanderers Grounds.
