Halifax Tides FC are thrilled to announce the signing of Synne Fredriksen Moe ahead of the upcoming season. The 23-year-old joins from FK Bodø/Glimt Kvinner, where she made her mark in Norway’s top division (Toppserien).

Synne is a dynamic midfielder with technical skill, tactical awareness, and relentless energy. Last year, she appeared in 26 Toppserien league matches and featured in the Norwegian Cup, proving herself consistent and reliable at the top level.

“Synne demonstrates the versatility to play as a central defender and as a midfielder,” said head coach Stephen Hart. “Her decision-making when in possession allows for the opportunity to dictate the rhythm of the game. With her passing ability and range, Synne will allow us to play from deep in the build up or play passes between the lines.”

Before making it to Norway’s top flight, Moe gained valuable experience in the Norwegian First Division, helping her team earn promotion and contributing goals at crucial moments. Her journey has shaped her into a midfielder who can control the tempo, link play, and drive transitions across the pitch.
