HALIFAX – Halifax Tides FC is excited to announce Katie Saich as the club’s new Finance Lead.

Katie joins the Tides from Irving Shipbuilding Inc., where she worked as a Senior Project Manager in Estimating and Finance. Her career also includes finance management roles with Bell’s telecommunications and media divisions, as well as earlier experience in condominium development. Outside of work, she volunteers as board treasurer for the Speaking of Dogs Rescue Program.

Born and raised in Burnley, England, Katie has been connected to football since her early teens, including playing with Burnley FC Girls. She moved to Canada in 2006 and has lived in Edmonton, Toronto, and Halifax since 2019, where she continues to play in local women’s and co-ed leagues.

Katie’s experience, leadership, and lifelong passion for the game make her a valuable addition to Halifax Tides FC, as the club continues to build a strong foundation both on and off the pitch.
