One match. One mission. Halifax Tides FC (7-10-7, 28 points) takes on Toronto (10-6-8, 38 points) on Monday, Oct. 26 at BMO Field, and the Tides know exactly what it takes: we win, we’re in.

Kickoff is set for 8 p.m. AT (7 p.m. ET). The match will be broadcast live on YouTube, ESPN+ and TSN Premium.

Toronto Doesn’t Love Home.
Toronto has won just once in six matches at BMO Field this season. Halifax has already walked into that building and walked out with a 0-0 draw on May 3. Now the Tides are going back for more and looking for their first win against Toronto.

Time to Settle the Score.
Halifax is 0-2-2 against Toronto this season, with Toronto outscoring the Tides 4-1 across the four meetings. Every one of those matches is another reason to make Monday count.

• May 3 at BMO Field: Halifax 0, Toronto 0
• July 5 at Wanderers Grounds: Halifax 0, Toronto 1
• Aug. 23 at Wanderers Grounds: Toronto 2, Halifax 0
• Sept. 19 at Wanderers Grounds: Toronto 1, Halifax 1

Where Things Stand:
Halifax sits fourth in the standings, with Toronto in third. The stakes couldn’t be higher: a playoff berth on the line, and the Tides hold the goal-difference edge, so a win at BMO Field puts them in.

Last Time Out:
Halifax comes in off a 2-2 draw with Montreal on Oct. 17 at Wanderers Grounds.

Toronto is coming off a 1-0 loss to Calgary on Oct. 18.

Players to Watch:
Jordyn Rhodes is the Tides’ go-to threat, leading the club with six goals and 28 shots on target. If the Tides need a goal, she’s the one hunting it.

Addy Weichers has started all 24 matches this season, adding one goal and one assist from the back line as Halifax carries an even goal difference. She’s the steady presence at the back when it matters most.

Toronto’s Kaylee Hunter is third in the league with 10 goals and 39 shots on target, and Nikayla Small leads the league with 115 total tackles.
