MATCHDAY ROLES & EVENT OPPORTUNITIES
EVENT SET-UP & STRIKE
Part-Time | Seasonal
Reporting to the Stadium Operations Lead, the Set-Up & Strike Crew shapes the first and last impression of matchday, from stadium layout and signage to the details that bring the space to life. You support both training-day setup and full matchday transformation, ensuring the venue is ready before players arrive and reset after fans depart.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Executing stadium set-up and post-event tear-down
• Installing and removing signage, barriers, and operational assets
• Supporting stadium layout adjustments
• Transporting and storing equipment safely
• Confirming venue readiness prior to gates and after strike
• Heavy lifting required.
SCHEDULE EXPECTATIONS:
Build and strike support is required on match day. Depending on stadium access, weather conditions, and event timelines, additional shifts may be scheduled 1–2 days before and/or after each match. Hours may include early mornings, late evenings, or extended shifts. Flexibility is essential.
ZONE SUPPORT (USHERS)
Part-Time | Seasonal
Support assigned stadium zones to ensure a safe, welcoming, and well-managed matchday environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide oversight within designated areas (bowl, concourse, gates, or premium areas)
• Assist guests with seating, amenities, and wayfinding
• Monitor crowd flow and maintain clear pathways
• Report and escalate safety or guest concerns
• Support emergency response procedures as needed
• Serve as a visible, approachable presence for guests
• Support in-zone activations, hospitality areas, or special initiatives as assigned
TICKETING & ENTRY
Part-Time | Seasonal
Support a smooth, welcoming, and well-managed entry experience for all guests.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Scan and validate tickets at assigned gates
• Manage orderly ingress and queue flow
• Provide clear direction to seating sections and key amenities
• Identify and escalate ticketing or access concerns
• Support crowd movement during peak entry periods
• Maintain a professional and approachable presence at all times
GUEST SERVICES FLEX TEAM
Part-Time | Seasonal
Select team members will serve on the Guest Services Flex Team — a cross-trained group deployed strategically throughout the event to support peak demand and real-time operational needs.
Flex Team members may:
• Support high-volume ingress at entry gates
• Reinforce seating zones during peak traffic
• Assist with halftime crowd flow and concourse management
• Support concessions line management during high-demand periods
• Respond quickly to operational gaps or unexpected needs
• Provide surge support during emergency or time-sensitive situations
• Flex Team members are adaptable, composed under pressure, and trusted to move where the team needs them most.
