Cows Annual "Moo Let's Talk Day"
For one day only, 100% of the proceeds from ice cream sales at COWS Cable Wharf and COWS Spring Garden Road will be donated to the Canadian Mental Health Association, Nova Scotia Division (CMHA-NS), supporting vital mental health programs across the province. The Tides will be there in support, with our mascot Jawslyn stopping by to spread smiles and show up for mental health.

3rd Annual International Women's Day Celebration
The Tides will have a merch pop-up and info booth at the 3rd Annual International Women's Day Celebration at the Fountain Commons Acadia University in Wolfville.

Kit Reveal
